Bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare as a practicing nurse and more than 15 years in operating home health care and developmental disability (DD) support services, she has built a robust foundation in clinical practice. Mrs. Elenour is a State Registered Nurse in Virginia and a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP). Her career includes serving as a staff nurse at Inova Fairfax Hospital and later becoming a Director of Nursing, solidifying her understanding of how clinical precision improves patient outcomes. Before expanding her executive leadership, she held supervisory roles across multiple home health and residential agencies.
As an innovative leader in healthcare administration, Mrs. Elenour empowers her teams to shape the future of patient care by focusing on health conditions and quality of life. Now, she oversees a vast array of comprehensive home health care and residential support services, leveraging her QDDP expertise to design, coordinate, and monitor personalized care and support plans for individuals with a variety of needs while maintaining regulatory compliance. Mrs. Elenour is motivated by building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams; she remains deeply committed to fostering a supportive, diverse, and collaborative care environment.
Valerie Ebenki
Executive Vice President and Program DirectorAs Executive Vice President and Program Director of Abien Home Care, Inc. and Abien In Home support, Inc., Valerie Ebenki brings 8 years of home health care experience spanning Personal Care Aide duties and administrative leadership. She holds an ACS-certified Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Spanish from the University of Mary Washington, backed by over 6 years of scientific research experience. Her post-baccalaureate education at Yale University included impactful community engagement through Yale Pathways for Science to foster early interest in higher education. Additionally, she draws on extensive experience as a youth development professional dedicated to mentorship.
Valerie now leverages this diverse skill set as Program Director to oversee comprehensive agency operations. Her core responsibilities include training Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring DD/ID regulatory compliance, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary network of providers, physicians, and caregivers. She actively co-supervises Individual Support Plan meetings alongside individuals, parents, and support coordinators, revises essential Health Protocols, and conducts targeted staff training, all to foster the highest standard of care and quality of life for every individual at Abien.
